If I want my piece to act as a call to action, then it requires audience PARTICIPATION.
PARTICIPATION = RESPONSIBILITY and AWARENESS

Relatable element for participation could be a light switch.
Saving 9 million birds is so easy. All you need to do it flick off your light switch.
Dramatic effect. Lights turn on and participant willingly reveals dead birds/feathers.
